Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Tahini Are The Star Of Any Table

This recipe for roasted sweet potatoes with tahini, pomegranate, dukkah and crispy chickpeas has been a longtime crowd pleaser. It began as the cheapest dinner I knew how to make.
